• The class is modeled after the structure of real news organizations
• You write articles and create video and digital content each week, covering campus and community stories
• You work alongside classmates and editors to improve as reporters
• You learn reporting skills like writing, broadcasting, interviewing, editing, and storytelling
• Faculty provide critique and mentorship
• You’ll have opportunities to cover performances, sporting events, breaking news, and other exciting stories
• You’ll participate in weekly trainings and pitch meetings
